I used OnPoint Premier for a roof replacement after a hail storm badly damaged our roof. I highly recommend them, especially working with project manager TJ Likes. He kept me informed in every step of the process. He took care of everything so I didn't have to, from insurance to scheduling to clean up. They did a great job on the roof and the process was very smooth! It is a large roof and I have a lightning mitigation system - he even tracked down the company that installed it and coordinated with them to remove it and re-install it! I would definitely use them again, they went above and beyond.

Fantastic service! From the initial inspection by our project manager to the working with our insurance company and finally the installation of the roof the entire process was easy and painless. The roofers were quick and professional. They covered all of the landscape around the house and cleaned up absolutely everything. 10/10 would roof with On point again!!

I was amazed by the quality of materials and work performed by OnPoint Premier Roofing. It was unbelievable to me that a roofing company could start work at 730am and remove and replace a large 1 story house roof by 5pm the same day! The sales and service and construction staff were all very courteous and professional. I am very pleased with my new roof! Great job!

It was my firs time replacing a roof, OnPoint Premier, did a very good job during all the process, but what did this tiring and laborious experience FANTASTIC was the help of their associate Mr Chuck Cloninger, he was at my home the next morning after the storm, and offered his services and most importantly his guidance during all this process.

He did a great job in all aspects of the job, my sincere gratitude to him for all he did, even taking care of things that were not on his job description, I firmly believe that OnPoint Premier should be very proud of having him in the company.

We used On point Premier for our roof repair after a pretty bad hail storm. Process could not have been better or more professional. Kylina our project manager was a true joy to work with.

Was approached by onPoint when they came to our door about possible roofing for our home. I was initially skeptical as someone that comes to your door for some kind of home repair and was not interested. Ended up contacting them as our roof was in need of an inspection, David G. was very prompt and knowledgeable about roofing replacement and possible insurance claim from storm damage, that I was surprised about, and after a few phone calls and inspections our home was approved for the damage and roof replaced. We have a large roof area and was concerned about weather during replacement but OnPoint had our roof completed in one day, amazing, thanks to you all.

Our roof was damaged by a very severe hail storm. OnPoint was the contractor we chose to help us with the adjustment process and replace the roof. The project manager who was assigned, Kylina, was highly professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, the roofers initially misaligned our satellite TV dish. When Kylina learned we would be a week without TV, she personally came back, went up on the roof and realigned the dish. That's above and beyond.

Hire this company! I did! I first met David G******* and his team at the San Antonio Home and Garden show just before the COVID-19 events kicked off. After having some bad storms and then a stain start appearing on my living room ceiling I knew I was going to have to have a new roof put on. At the show, they had access to an insurance company tool that can show when storms have been recorded in areas around my house. I was surprised to see how many had the potential for damage! They also suggested I contacted my insurance company to see if I could be approved for a claim from the damage. Since OnPoint is listed here with high reviews and ratings, I contacted them, in addition to a few others, to give me a quote. I set a date with an insurance adjustor for my roof but none of the other companies wanted to meet with them or help in any way...except David! He came out with the adjustor, climbed on the roof with him, and walked through the house to see what damage was there and even helped point out some things the adjustor missed! How great is that!! Voila, claim approved. David continued to work with my insurance company getting the necessary adjustments for materials and items listed in the claim (that was a chore) and still, even after the roof is complete, is STILL working with me to close out the remainder of the interior damages even though his company couldn't do some of the work (asbestos - nasty stuff)! There's the whole story, but the bottom line is this: If you want expertise, guidance, and commitment, hire OnPoint Premier.

We had a great experience with OnPoint Premier Roofing - We were referred to OnPoint by Matt Duzan, who works with OnPoint and helped us navigate the steps needed to get a new roof every step of the way. Matt kept in close contact to make sure every issue was addressed before and after the new roof was installed and the project manager Jacob was also very helpful with all the details. The job was completed in one day and their were 9 workers sent to do the work so it went quickly and efficiently. Very happy to have worked with Matt and OnPoint for our new roof.

Their rep Thomas was great to work with. Made the process of filing the insurance claim painless and stayed with us every step of the way. Once all the details of the claim were complete, Thomas scheduled the job and the OnPoint crew worked with a level of efficiency you don't often see. Overall great experience and would definitely work with them again!

From the time Will met me in my driveway and we shook hands until the time the job was finished and we shook hands, he has been involved in the whole process; from getting on my roof and assessing the damage, sitting with me while I called my Insurance Company, coming by while I filled out the Insurance paperwork, shadowing the claims adjuster while they Inspected the roof, keeping me updated on when the materials would be delivered, until the last walk through to make sure the job was done to his satisfaction.
